Cropredy Church of England Primary School welcomes everyone from the surrounding communities which we serve.
We are very proud of our strong Christian ethos, that underpins all that we do at Cropredy Church of England Primary School and our vision is driven by the words of our chosen Bible text; Psalm 23.

As a shepherd nurtures and provides for the flock, so we provide guidance, care and protection for every child, inspiring them to flourish, develop resilience and walk with confidence on their learning journey.
This vision is delivered and supported, through all that we do, by six core Christian Values, each one reflecting a different verse from Psalm 23:
Respect
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want
Peace
He leads me beside still waters, he shall refresh
my soul
Perseverance
He shall guide me in the paths of righteousness
for his name’s sake
Trust
Though I walk through the darkest valley, I will
fear no evil,
for you are with me
Friendship
You spread a table before me, you have anointed
my head with oil
and my cup shall be full
Forgiveness
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the
days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the
Lord my whole life long
Respect - 'Care for others, yourself and our school. Show kindness to everyone and listen to one another.'
Peace - 'Everyone joins together and lives in harmony.'
Friendship - 'You have a special bond with someone and you get along with them.'
Perseverance - 'It is when you never give up even though it might be tricky.'
Trust - 'You can put all your trust in someone. You can even tell them secrets.'
Forgiveness - 'Giving people another chance to fix things.'
Worship
Daily collective worship is an important expression of our Christian ethos and children and staff enjoy sharing in worship together.
Each term we focus on one of our chosen values and seek to foster the spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of our children.

Celebration Assembly
We end each full term with a service at St Mary's Church, Cropredy sharing worship with parents and friends.
Each day, the children pray in their classrooms before lunch and at the end of each day.
